What does sustainability mean for Elero?
Sustainability is important to us. All our pieces are manufactured and shipped under the highest sustainability criteria. We also support social and ecological organizations with our label so that we can achieve even more. We work 24/7 to improve our sustainability concept and are always open to suggestions and ideas.
Where is production?
All of our beautiful pieces are made in Portugal.
Who designs the collections?
We design all parts in the heart of Vienna. We attach great importance to timeless styles that you can always wear. Nevertheless, our collections are based on current trends.
What are the delivery times?
The order arrives within Austria in 7-10 working days.
Which fabrics are used for the collections?
We only use organic, sustainable or recycled fabrics for all our pieces. Our first collection consists of 100% organic cotton.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Of course, all products and processes in the production of our pieces are animal-free.
Sustainability
How many hours do the employees work in the manufactories?
The workload for the employees is 8 hours per day including a 30-minute lunch break.
Can you guarantee that all employees are treated fairly and not exploited?
When selecting our manufacturers, we have taken great care to ensure that nobody in the chain is exploited. We also visit the factories personally to see for ourselves the social conditions on site. In addition, our production partners are certified with several ecological and social criteria such as the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard).
How many people work in your manufactories?
At our current manufacturer, 14 people work to ensure that we can offer our customers high-quality and sustainable products.
What happens to the residues?
Fabric remnants and textile waste from our production are completely used up or reused in the factories in the best possible way.
